Rental of district office/clubhouse

The District Office/Clubhouse owned by Kleinwood Municipal Utility District may be used by residents of the District. Residents desiring to use the District Office/Clubhouse must:

  1. Read the Office Use Agreement in the link below;
  2. Print out, complete, and sign the Application in the link below; and
  3. Agree to abide by the rules and regulations as stated in the Office Use Agreement.
